Before downloading this demo application, you must consent to the following legal agreement.
CodeBase DEMO Software License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you and Sequiter Software
Inc. (Sequiter).
1. Definitions
Licensed Software: This is the Sequiter computer programs contained in the CodeBase demo
package. These programs could be represented in any form: in print, as electronic source
code, as compiled object modules, as a library file, a dynamic link library, or an
executable program.
2. License
Sequiter grants to you, and you hereby accept, a non-exclusive license to use the Licensed
Software on a single machine for the purpose of testing the capabilities of CodeBase only.
3. Limited Use
3.1 You agree not to use reverse engineer or modify any of the Licensed Software.
3.2 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, you agree not to indirectly or directly use the Licensed Software for the purposes of
producing a software product which competes with CodeBase.
4. Copyright
The Licensed Software and other accompanying materials, including but not limited
to printed or electronic text and images, is owned by Sequiter or its suppliers and is
protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Consequently, you may not
make copies of this copyrighted material except as expressly provided herein.
5. Severability
If any clause in this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, that clause shall
be severed and the rest of the agreement shall be enforceable to the fullest extent
possible.
6. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties hereto and there are
no statements, representations, warranties, undertakings or agreements, written or oral,
express or implied, direct or indirect, collateral or otherwise, between the Parties
hereto, except as herein set forth.
