The CodeBase Basic Support Subscription is included free with all registered CodeBase Products.
Included with your product for 60 days from purchase are:
- Free upgrades. Product uprade protection.
You will automatically qualify to any upgrades of your product within 60 days of purchase.
- Access to the subscription download page. This page includes minor release
builds of the CodeBase library as soon as they become available. Minor release builds
contain patches for reported bugs as well as new functionality and enhancements not yet incorporated
into the full product release.
- Free E-mail technical support.
Full service is provided for both the latest product release and the minor releases available with
the subscription. There is no limit to the number of support incidents during the subscription period.
- Qualified Support Staff. All CodeBase technical support is provided in-house by trained CodeBase technical support
staff.
