Premium Support Subscription

The CodeBase Premium Support Subscription is the best way for both new and current CodeBase owners to keep their CodeBase products fully up to date.

Included with your subscription for one full year are:

• Free upgrades. Unlimited access to the release download page allows you to download the latest current release at any time.
• Access to the subscription download page. This page includes minor release builds of the CodeBase library as soon as they become available. Minor release builds contain patches for reported bugs as well as new functionality and enhancements not yet incorporated into the full product release.
• Premium technical support. This includes telephone and e-mail support. Full service is provided for both the latest product release and the minor releases available with the subscription.
• Qualified Support Staff. All CodeBase technical support is provided in-house by trained CodeBase technical support staff.
